I'm not a judge, I don't need that evidence, plus, after reading one article about this, none of us can say anything definite about this.

But your first post was:

quote:

yes, he's a murderer, you idiot. we have laws and trials for a reason.

That's all I was trying to say. In my opinion, all the evidence listed in the article is circumstantial at best, and without hard evidence he should not be convicted.

God help us if we start convicting people based on occams razor.

agree ... i'd have no problem with whatever the jury decides ... if i were on the jury, not sure what i'd do, but i'd give serious thought to 'no billing' the guy ...

problem is that the drunk driver, in today's fricked up judicial system, would be out in 10 years ...

It takes just one drunk driver. No one gives a shite if it was active, passive, or any fricking stupid excuse. When someone that is highly intoxicated is driving, everyone else around them has their lives at risk. If you kill someone, you kill someone. And if you do it behind the wheel drunk, you're a piece of shite murderer. I mean it's common sense but since you've proven in this entire thread, and even other threads, how extremely ignorant you are, then I can see how this may confuse you.

They are no where close to the same. The truck the drunk driver hit had no lights on correct? How do you know that a sober driver may not have hit them also?

Getting shitty and killing people is fricking terrible. You don't feel the same way?

I cant fault the guy at all, id probably do the same in his shoes. But at the same time I understand there are laws set in place for a reason.

Bottom line is,I would really hate to give the guy life in prison. Give him 15 years. He killed a guy sure, but at the same time he just witnessed his kids dying so he wasnt thinking straight at all

oh people tried.

You just resorted to your typical name calling.
And then accused people of doing the same. Pretty solid defense, I must say so.

So he had his two kids push his broken down truck down a road going probably 5 miles an hour. And he executes a guy who rear ends them?

This is what stuck out to me. The father has almost as much to do with his kids' deaths as the driver. Who has their 11 and 12 year old kid push their truck down a dark road in the middle of the night? If anything, have the 12 year old in the drivers seat to steer the truck and you get out in push. Mistakes were made on both sides.

it was a simple request and none of that drivel even attempted to address it.

I'll post it again since you couldn't understand it.

typical woman thinks saying "you're acting like something" means "you are something"

although that was technically name calling that time.

No and I don't compare it to a pedophile either.

What do people do that are impaired? They make bad decisions. Almost anyone who has been drunk has made bad decisions. It does not make you a killer.

Odd so many are calling for his conviction and incarceration. Yet if someone merely molested your daughter or son you no doubt would want vigilante justice.

easy there. rational thinking isn't allowed in this thread. it's a circle jerk of emotional parents praising this guy for taking the law into his own hands

what do you call someone that kills someone again?

They may not be a killer in the sense of first-degree murder, but they are punished by the law for taking away a life. The law doesn't let them slide because they 'made a bad decision'

I don't think he's ignorant... I am starting to think he might drive drunk from time to time. That's just from little things he's posted.

Of course I have no evidence, just a vibe.
