Just found out that my uncle was involved in a serious car accident through my Facebook feed. No phone call, no nothing.
Is that what this stupid world is coming to? Announce life changing events on Facebook instead of actually calling people with bad news?

I found out my uncle passed away via facebook a month or so ago.
It was kind of weird not getting a call.
