I just paid $3.09 a gallon for regular gas this morning. Now with vehicle prices it is going to cost a fortune to buy a small gas saver for my drive to work (80 miles a day). I've always had a gas saver to drive to work until the last couple of years due to gas being so cheap.

That is the first time since Obama was in office.

Will we ever see $1.50 a gallon again?

Has it gotten to $1.50 in the last 10 years?

I would be okay with $2.00/gallon, that gives everyone in the chain lots of profit.

at $3.00/gallon it's truck nuts for everyone, except the no O&G baws.

80 miles to work? You should just move closer and take public transportation. It’s powered by renewable energy

I wrote it down the day Trump lost the election. Gas was $1.59 a gallon that day at the local Murphy's gas station.

We’re about to find out if O&G has learned their lesson or if they’ll drill/produce as much as possible while prices are high. Lost of talk that companies have wised up and will keep production in check to support these and higher prices, but if someone blinks, it will correct itself.

It was that low in late 2018 - early 2020, at least in Alabama where I live.

So the IS majors are playing the game right along with OPEC. That’s some BS.

That sucks, I hope we don't see a spike like that around here.

it was $2.60 a gallon or so last week, gas took a big jump over the last few days.

LOL Maybe so, maybe not

It never seemed like a bad choice until that president you voted for took office.

Are they under some requirement to flood the market for the benefit of our wallets? It’s hard to criticize them for doing what any profitable company tries to do.
