Nothing wrong with that sink. I don't need 2 sections in mine, it's not a storage area.

The white painted brick is stupid. I think many will regret doing it. You can’t remove the paint without damaging the brick.

The discussion isn't about your garage decorating ideas.

Why?

Functionality.

To fill up sink it takes twice as much. And I like to keep cleaner stuff on one side and dirty stuff on side w disposal

We do have a prep sink and that helps a bit

yeah but you would spend all day and night raising kids. At least it looks like that is what Chip does

I can check a few things off this list. I wanted a more modern look, but was overruled on a few things.

white brick house, quatz countertops, black fixtures and door handles, marble floor bathroom with soaking tub and pool guy checking in.

Love my house and will have zero problem selling it when the time comes.

Not sure how any of it looks dated. It looks fresh and clean to me.

OP is pretty spot on. I'll add Grey wood flooring as well.

Lots of new construction in my neighbor hood and plenty of these popping up. Even a couple that are all black on the outside. That can't be a good idea in Houston

It's played out.

Even the white painted brick associated with faux farmhouse is over done. We decided not to paint the brick on our house because we thought it was too trendy.

There are some colors/patterns of brick that are not beautiful and deserve painting or some texture to hide the original shade/finish.

Sure. That I can understand.

But I’ve seen some really nice brick homes painted white when the brick is classically beautiful. And would hold up through trends.

These white painted ones are going to likely end up looking like shite if they’re not regularly maintained.

Never goes out of style.

Want a different look? Put up different wallpaper.
