For a hurricane that won't be here for over 24 hours.

I appreciate the warnings but jeez.

Half my neighborhood was up letting their dogs out to pee when I was doing the same.

Could’ve waited to 6 at least

Lots of baws can get a head start on the preppers who want to run off now and get gas and groceries

I thought the same.

I appreciate the 36 hour notice... would have been just fine with 32 hour notice at a reasonable hour.

Guess I’ll go start a pot of coffee.

I turned off all that shite after getting amber alerts in the middle the night on several occasions.

I also remember JBE sending those fricking alerts out to tell us about covid cases (wife was getting them). Stupid as frick.

I was thinking it was an alert to let us know the 95% black LSU football team is walking across campus again to protest racial injustice.

I am all for weather early warnings via the EBS but nothing has changed on the NWS site since last night, the update was at 4am and it is the same.

The wind speed arrival and speed predictions for the area of the alert are the same as yesterday afternoon. The track has shifted a few miles west from 4pm yesterday but the area of the alert about the same distance from the center of the track yesterday.

It got me started on my lawn a few minutes early. Just finished the front. Onto the back.
