This is kind of what happened with that missing Georgia man. Came to BR and partied, ODed, and the drug dealers/prostitutes dumped his body, right? What did they get charged with?

That is one way to look at it, Detectives could have wanted to charge him with 2nd degree murder if he supplied the drugs to her. The problem is most of the District Attorney's will not prosecute those cases since Louisiana moved to the unanimous jury verdicts. They know the defense attorneys only have to convince one juror that she was an adult, made the decision to do the dope, and you have a not guilty verdict. District Attorney's will never take a case with a high probability of losing.
