It’s both. The corporation was behaving as a government entity by taking direction literally from fed.gov. That’s part of the problem.

All I know is that my trending section for the first time in a while is without some form of a political context and I am seeing tweets from accounts in my timeline from people that weren't and were tweeting been banned but I haven't seen in months

Twitter is awesome right now.
Admittedly haven't used it much and only re-signed up when Elon said he was buying.
But I've never seen it like this. The tweets on my feed are hilarious. The people that are finally abke to post what they think are loving it.

Alright this opening up of Twitter has taken an ugly turn for the worst. Some sick demented SOBs are apparently sending Taylor Lorenz sex requests via her DMs. Anyone who sends her requests like this doesn’t deserve a Twitter account because they have no taste or judgment in women.
