I live on the south shore and my family has property in Covington and never heard anyone say they live in “old” Mandeville. I have heard “lake front” Mandeville or whatever though. I guess it’s one of those things you should know if you live in mandeville.

Old Mandeville is more than just the lakefront. That area has been known as old Mandeville forever

We live in Terra Bella also. Our power was restored at 2:00 PM yesterday.... just in time to watch the LSU game.
