It was not proven that she lied. A few things were proven.
It was proven that she has character issues and honesty issues.
It was proven (good enough for me) that the judge loses his ever loving mind if someone sits at the barstool he thinks of as "My Precious". He has apparently cursed out many people, male and female, for getting their arse cheeks between him and his Precious. The barstool in question this day was next to Precious.
Sammy's seems to have banned the judge for reaching his 100th confrontation in their establishment. They apparently did not hear any racism either but had reached the saturation point with him.
It was proven that Gary is similar to Obama in his ability to rush to judgement and jump to conclusions before the facts are known. While some of the facts of this may never be known, Gary damned the torpedoes and went full speed ahead.

Not what I said. I am referring to the barstool that he usually sits in. Many times in the past (pre Feb. 3rd) he has cursed people out for sitting at "his" stool.

the "ban" by Smiley Nagam had to do with 2 things.
1. there has always been friction between the original patrons of Smileys and Smiley since place was a hole in the wall. Business took off as a result of an ousted part owner and Smiley wants the original patrons out.
2. In spite of Smiley's statement that he will not tolerate disruption by patrons of any sort against other customers or staff, he banned the Judge and no one else that night even though the ERSO report and video tape shows Ms. Johson's crew getting rowdy as well.
So, Smiley chose to discriminate against against the Judge, not because he was white, but because he was not black coupled with their sordid history.
BUT, Gravy, and the rest of the online media used the ban by Smiley as evidence of fact against the judge and NOT ONE TIME did Smiley step in to correct it. Hell, even Jim Engster applied that logic on his show today: "Well, the judge was banned [so there MUST have been some truth to it]".
In case you haven't guessed..well, you probably guessed by now. Judge Erwin is a decent man.. outspoken? yes, but in NO way did he deserve this. I know he is a strong soul and will hold his chin up but deep down this whole farse has had to be immensely hard on him. more later
