Pretty much. Troy Brown even admitted that he did it. He issued a public apology. But he gets a pass...
Judge Erwin denies everything and has 1 witness (his accuser) against him and he must be expelled.
The only glaring difference between these 2 men (besides one of them actually admitting guilt) is the color of their skin.

because its all about Gary, that is all he cares about. Hell because of the way he is, no one takes anything he says serious and is likely doing more harm than good for NBR. A person who truly cares about helping would see that and modify their behavior to be more effective. Gary just wants the spotlight so the louder and more divisive he can be, the better. I feel bad for the people that really do think he cares.
