Yeah, that's really what I'm getting at. They DO have their own business climate, they just don't care to run it in a successful manner.

Yep. And culture will continue to separate us. White people aren't going to go shop at Cortana when all they have is FUBU and big horse Polo.
People need to just face it. You can try to unite us all you want but we're different. Different taste in clothes, food, music, etc. I don't want to wear baggy jeans, eat turkey necks, and buy rap CDs.
