I remember somebody posted the other day about how many people sell water in the streets of Atlanta. I’m sorry but I’m not rolling down my window giving money to somebody I don’t know trying to sell me something.

Kroger used to give out free water on hot days and bums would take the entire supply to sell them for a buck on the street.
