Remember this story from a few days ago? The guy doing DoorDash deliveries in a Mercedes? Well they caught him

quote:

PHILADELPHIA - A DoorDash delivery driver has been charged for shooting a teenage employee at a Chick-fil-A in Crescentville.

A spokesperson from the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office said Tyquan Austin, 26, has been charged with aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument over a milkshake at the fast food restaurant located at 811 Adams Avenue in Crescentville on Monday night.

Austin, a food delivery driver for DoorDash, said the order he was picking up was missing a second milkshake.

When the server asked to see a receipt to verify the order, Austin pulled out a gun and put it in his lap, according to police.

The server recruited his team leader who asked for the order back and then a manager came out before Austin drove away, authorities say.

We have enough problems getting decent fast food without shitbirds like this shooting the underpaid employees.

And shooting a fricking chick fil a employee? I could understand taco bell or popeyes. But chick fil a? Good luck rehabilitating someone like that. Should land you an Express elevator to hell.

Police say Austin then circled back and fired a single shot at the entrance striking the 17-year-old employee.

No attempted murder charge? Wasn't there a time that you would be automatically hit was a count of attempted murder for every fire shot?

Weirdly written. The guy shot the server, then the team leader came out and asked for the food back? That was the first thing the team leader did after his employee was shot?

First priority is retrieving God's chicken from the unholy and undeserving.

In Xiden’s America scamming a milkshake is called “showing initiative.” C’mon man.

Reminds of me of the 'World Series of Dice' Chappelle Show skit.

- OH, BUT I'LL TELL YOU SOMETHING, ROB, YOU NOTICED HE SHOT HIM BELOW THE WAIST, SO IT'S NOT ATTEMPTED MURDER.
- THAT WAS VERY INTELLIGENTON QUILLS' PART.
- QUILLS KNOWS THE LAW.

Maybe we should raise the age for gun ownership to 27?

His response to a completely reasonable request is beyond absurd, but I applaud his commitment to making sure that the customer got both of the milkshakes that they ordered. A+ for give-a-shite. F for everything else.
