It is for some people. You see some good old timers out there that can place the ball anywhere on the court and have some deceptive shots. They rely on ball placement instead of speed and power.

Yes, they made it pretty far in the bracket, think final 4 or 8. Tough to beat out UCLA and USC at that sport.

Beach volleyball is a great sport. Lot's of fun people and usually some drinking involved no matter where you go.

I used to play at coconut beach & white sands; but too many mounting injuries and a young family has kept me away for about 6 years

I play at Coconut Beach 3 nights a week, for 20 yrs, and my son works there. frick doubles though, quads is where it’s at.

Probably the best recreational sport for young adults. Playing on the sand is great exercise plus the leagues are coed and typically have a bar on site.
