Your premise is false. There are no biases in the way laws “were initially setup”. This is patent magical thinking. Do better.

That is a terrible sentence. It would be embarrassing if you were more intelligent.

Do you think you can learn everything you need to know about modern Marxism by reading the one thing Marx wrote? Even his own predictions about what type of society it would take hold in were wrong.

Again...what Crenshaw books or articles have you read? Have you ever read any other CRT scholar?

Are you suggesting that one must have a full, comprehensive academic understanding of a subject in order to agree or disagree with its basic theorems?

No. I am saying one should have a basic understanding of its actual theorems, rather than bastardizing those theorems to make a political point, before getting ignorantly belligerent about it on a college football message board.

Are you really saying you can't learn about Marx by actually reading Marx? This whole "you can't understand CRT" thing you have going on is fricking dumb.

No, not at all. You're choosing to read it that way, which is dumb and illogical. I'm saying you can't understand modern Marxism by only reading Marx. Same way you can't understand modern CRT by only reading Crenshaw.

A lot of people in these state legislature across the country probably haven’t even flipped a page on any book on CRT, and are still creating legislation trying to end it.

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.

I imagine that Centinel at least has a layman's grasp on CRT, given his explanations and responses in his thread. Just because you disagree with his interpretations doesn't mean that they are invalid or without merit, don't you think?

This entire thread remind me of a good rule to live by:

If someone is explaining something simple in a complicated way, they either don’t understand it, or they are lying about it.

Couple the needless complexity and blatant appeal to authority it’s pretty clear what’s going on here: “shut up you dummies, and accept it because your betters say so”.

The opposite of intellectual pursuit.

I'll grant you this one. Most folks in state legislatures aren't exactly the brightest or well read of people.

It just pisses you off that your people are this retarded.

CRT is just an offshoot of CT, and was propagated by law schools starting in the 80's or 90's

Its Marxist in nature, comes from the Frankfurt School.

Its also a myth. A fairy tale you people believe because you think black people are incapable of success without your help.

Most of the white girls who support CRT couldn't tell you anything about it.
