Another one! Big win on a blighted property at 1841 Marigny St!
Thank you to all the neighbors that reported the site.
We are still moving full speed ahead with blight removals, specifically targeting structures that are potential risks for fire or criminal activity.
To report a blighted property, please call 311 or go to nola311.org

Can remove blighted properties but can't evict mother frickers living in someone else's home not paying fricking rent. Makes a ton of sense.

No, calling it a big win because that's the only thing she has to brag about doing something good is just pathetic

That house should have been torn down 15 years ago....

She's not didnt anything groundbreaking enough to boast about it on social media about tearing down an old piece of shite house a "big win?

I think it’s her liberal use of the word ‘win’ and combining it with the word ‘big’ in the same phrase.

I also had a ‘big win’ today. I took out my trash and recycle cans.

I think the OP is just taking a shot at her for her considering this a “big win”.

she might be getting kickbacks on new construction permits...

i don't understand how the market isn't taking care of the blighted housing problem... you'd think they be all gone or renovated if people are really getting $4500 for crap in the Bywater
