Did they say if the jury will be sequestered? Seems they'd almost have to be..

The judge has said it's possible but he doesn't think it's likely.

Is the prosecution going to hide this guy, or attempt to quash his testimony?

How do you hide the ME on a homicide trial?

I would think this would be good for the prosecution..

Dr. Andrew Baker, who listed Floyd’s death as a homicide

Maybe i'm missing something.

didn't the autopsy reveal the trachea didn't show signs of traumatic damage consistent with someone who wouldn't be able to breathe due to some kind of strangulation?

Then why would he list homicide as cause of death? doesn't make sense.

‘could’ be a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances

Criminal conviction requires conviction beyond a reasonable doubt. The “could” alone leaves it open to reasonable doubt.

That's a minor thing really. What will be important is his testimony of the totality of the autopsy. There is a lot of things in it that can lead a jury to doubt.

That's just a classification.

What is important is the details of the autopsy and his justification for the classification in his testimony.

Why are they in recess or not showing on camera? I thought they were just about to start with the next juror?

the autopsy report that came out in the days after the event made for good reading

I'm sure the defense has a lot of questions for the M.E.

the family's autopsy report doesn't mean dick to this process obviously

The juror asked for no audio and clear the courtroom... Judge obliged.

I think it's already been agreed that the private autopsy won't be admitted as evidence.
