The gunman was probably police too and by calling 911 she identified herself as a non criminal thus the police officer didn’t have to shoot her

I know a guy, who is a Dallas Police Officer, who dated her before she was famous. A couple of years ago she came to Dallas to do a speech outside the NRA Convention for gun control. Her people reached out to him and they met up for coffee.
He told me she is a completely different person than the woman he dated and that she is legit bat shite crazy now. He said it was eye opening how much people can change.
