The police were only arresting those who refuse to get off the street. If they are on private property then obviously they got off the street.
You can't seriously think they are arresting everyone who is caught on the street even after they move? If so, they'd need to arrest thousands of people.

If the cops really wanted to be dicks they could have arrested her for disturbing the peace. All it takes is for 1 of the residents in that area to complain and then that shite gets shut down.

Did you watch the same live feeds as everyone else, or did you just hear and read secondhand accounts? They were 100% in the road, and then tried to hide behind the crowd in the yard. Then, BRPD and EBRSO ran in and took the main perps into custody.
