Dangerous pathogens found on children’s face masks

A group of parents in Gainesville, FL, sent 6 face masks to a lab at the University of Florida, requesting an analysis of contaminants found on the masks after they had been worn. The resulting report found that five masks were contaminated with bacteria, parasites, and fungi, including three with dangerous pathogenic and pneumonia-causing bacteria.

I’m confused. Wouldn’t this be a good thing? Would these pathogens be I. The child’s lungs otherwise? Genuinely asking, no sarcasm.

Yes, masks tend to catch bacteria which is why they should be replaced. Seems like this is quite obvious

Yes and no. We come into contact with dangerous pathogens on a daily basis. Our immune system fights off the majority of it

This is stupid. The "dangerous" pathogens are way less dangerous than covid19 which we think is a joke. Also, where did these dangerous pathogens come from? The kid, obviously. Lol

Holy shite, there are alot of clueless people in this thread. It's been proven face masks did nothing. So why wear a germ sponge on your face all day? Kids go around touching stuff at school then touch their masks and sit around breathing that shite in all day for no reason but "muh government says it will save me"....jesus we are lost.

You are absolutely correct but the Chinese Flu True Believers will never believe it. Unless you were sanitizing your cloth mask every time you removed it, or replaced your disposable one every time you took it off, all you were doing was placing an infested rag over your mouth and nose.

Because it’s the same study posted a few weeks ago we know there were no viruses trapped. That’s what should be highlighted. Not the fear porn bacteria bullshite.

Clearly I am not as sensitive to other people’s opinions as you are. All it demonstrates to me is how truly scared and gullible people like you really are. Anybody who would allow their kid to wear one of these ineffective germ ridden face tampons is a bit of a pussy in my opinion.
