Why is it that you can still contract Covid, even after taking a vaccine and a booster???? I thought a vaccine protected you?

Polio vaccines years ago eliminated polio.

Someone explain…

The only two times I’ve ever had COVID was after taking my two vaccines. Told the boss to suck it when he suggested boosters.

Because its a shot and not a vaccine. Just like the annual Flu shot.

Something tells me you aren’t looking for a serious answer.

Oh shite baw I’ve never thought of it this way before. How have we gone two and a half years without posing this conundrum?

The point of the flu shot and COVID vaccine isn’t to prevent you from getting it. It’s so when you get it, you only have mild symptoms

Except we had Fauci, CDC, Brandon, Heels Up, JBE, Catherine O'Neal et al saying for months (around Delta wave, summer 2021) that the Covid vaccines would absolutely PREVENT you from getting it. Then, like all the other propaganda, the goal posts started moving into the mild symptoms. TLDR: Stop revising history.

Perhaps this question should be continued to be since some employees are still requiring it. Governor Inslee just made it permanent for state employees and those few that got exemptions will have to have it by sometime next year.
