That cop would be spitting his teeth out if that was me.
The cop was armed and would not be charged with shooting you graveyard dead for assaulting him on his property had you swung on him..that is exactly why he was behaving the way he was...he would LOVE to shoot and kill the idiot that walked up his driveway, or anyone else who injures his fragile ego, but knows to do so with impunity requires some fodder for the state not to charge his dumb arse. You'd be shot and would probably be dead which is worse than being spit on but you do you boo....

This is valid. Poor fella just doesn't understand the concept of letting actions speak for you. It applies in a ton of areas.
If a dude goes on and on about how much arse he gets and how they all orgasm, you can be pretty sure if he does get some skanky strange they probably ain't finishing.
If a dude talks about how much money he has, probably doesn't have what he says he does.
If a dude talks about how much of a knockout artist he is, he probably hasn't been in a fist fight with anything more than an untrained tomato can, if that.
It almost never fails that when one talks about oneself and touts his own greatness, it's 95% of the time BS.

The cop had his pistol in his hand and was likely trying to bait the guy into taking a swing at him so he could unload.
Not "likely" it is EXACTLY what he is doing....when he emerged from the house the idiot who walked up his driveway was walking back down it....the cop then escalates by following him and screaming like a little girl whose balloon has been busted. Both of these idiots are assholes, only one of them is protected by the power of the state from almost any action. And far too many Americans are OK with that.

Didn’t the cop have a gun out? Seems reasonable that you wouldn’t turn your back on a person with a gun.

Highly doubtful but lets assume for a moment he would be spitting his teeth out before unloading.....that would mean unloading took place by the toothless bastard who is already protected from almost any wrong doing because of his job and would then have justifiable cause to kill you graveyard dead. You'd have made your point, whatever it would have been, but you'd be deader than a door knob. If making a point is more valuable than your life you really need to do some soul searching....

Fat annoying guy was trespassing? If so he got what he deserved.
Is it reasonable to chase a trespasser, who is on video in the process of leaving your property, off your property with a gun in your hand? I would say no. The a-hole was leaving, He'd have been off the property slightly quicker if the idiot with the gun hadn't slowed his exit down by chest bumping and spitting on him. If the intended goal is to get the fricker off your property and they are in the process of leaving you have accomplished your goal. His goal wasn't to get the idiot off his property, his goal was to wrestle with a hog and hopefully get a chance to shoot the hog dead justifiably.

So they do suffer some punishment for their miscreant ways....good. Imagine driving a Ford and going to Hawaii 3 times a year..burning in hell would be like a day at the spa in comparison....

I’d rather go to jail than get shot haha. Dude hadn’t drawn his gun, seems like it’d be best to keep your eye on that hand as long as it’s down.

Hadn't drawn his gun? It was literally in his hand
He was screaming like a little girl to 911 to justify the shooting he was hoping would take place. When he identified himself as a state trooper, it could be argued he shifted from a citizen to a cop. And if what Sean did was illegal why didn't the cop arrest him on the spot? Cop knew he hadn't done anything other than leave when asked to, the spitting was purely to evoke a response so he could point the gun at him. Cop is straight up a loose cannon

As much as I dislike most cops, I think this is over the top. You shouldn’t go onto another person’s property just to mess with him.

oh god is this one of those "auditor" morons? I hope he gets cancer, cop seems like a chill dude.

Wrong. He’d been off quicker if he put his camera away and walked away normally, no longer engaging with the property owner.

Yeah pointed down and behind his leg hidden from the camera. The argument was I don’t think the LI guy should’ve turned his back and he was right to back pedal keeping an eye on the cop because he had a weapon in his hand.

Here's the background on the entire situation along with a cop and lawyers reaction
Bottom line.. Fahey is unhinged and Sean could retire off this whole ordeal once the lawsuits are settled

Do you even 1st amendment ?
I watched a whole bunch of police videos of people being removed from Universal Studios, Spirit Airlines, Disney, etc. Every time the cop says the business has the discretion to have you removed from their property if you refuse to leave. I have no problem with the guy protesting on public property, but not on anyone’s private property. It’s seems that the 1st amendment doesn’t apply to private property. Would you want someone all over your house property and refusing to leave?

No but in this case Sean started to leave as soon as he was asked.
Watch the recap video I posted above that shows the first 2 interactions with Fahey then make your mind.

Sean does his homework. Don't think he just showed up at the guy's house without first running the whole situation by his attorney. Given the history of those two, the outcome was not surprising.
Sean broke no laws, even if you think he's a douche for doing that.

I watched the whole thing. You are right he was leaving probably because he was being forced to leave, lol. The owner was walking him off the property. I give a lot of discretion to property owners. I like stand your ground laws.
