In all of these videos that involves certain types, there are several things you can assume. I am not saying that's the case every time, but there is a pretty good chance of the following:
- Suspended license
- The tag on the car they are driving hasn't been renewed.
- The car they are driving will not be theirs.
- There will be something illegal in the car.
- They will be completely disrespectful and yell all kind of shite, act out of control, etc.. The second the police breaks out the handcuffs and puts it on them.. All of a sudden they didn't do anything.
- When they realize the police are not fricking around and is going to officially arrest them, its because they are black.
This isn't just 2 or 3 arrest videos out of 10... Its more like 7 out of 10.
OR... If kids are with them, at some point, after acting like a complete jackass, hoopin and hollering, cussing, etc, they can't get arrested because of their kids. Its like a checklist. "If this happens say ______". If they don't say that and instead say that then you do ______".

Meh. IMO, what these videos don’t show is how/why the cop decided to pull you over. After midnight?? Yeah, the cop is pulling you over because of a plate light (higher chance of drinking). Most of the dumb “reasons” cops pull you over is because it’s later in the evening thus increasing chance of a dwi.

Was it ever determined if the dude was trespassing ?
Spitting on someone is a low class bitch move, but if you're trespassing you should count yourself lucky if that's all you got.
Cop wasn't in uniform or on official business so it shouldn't matter, but him offering that information is yet again a bitch move.
Dumbasses all around.

No he wasn't trespassing. He turned and left as soon as he was told to.
Charges will be dropped... Police were just protecting their own

I don't think the two of these can be possible at the same time.

A lot of them is because the police are running tags and I would normally say "they don't have anything else better to worry about?", but there are times when more is going on. In the situation with the big woman. Her and the other adult were drunk and had 8 kids in the car.
The other video I posted, it ended up being the girl's aunt's car that evidently the aunt was getting rid of, but the niece was using it without her knowledge and from where the drug dog was smelling on the car, they suspected it was being used to run drugs, putting the drugs behind the panel in the car. If they are going to check tags, I much rather them do it in their cars than checking people's licenses and registration near an exit right off the MRB where it slows up traffic.
It doesn't servce a purpose because it seems like there is a reason some people don't get their licenses or vehicle tag renewed and of course those people never have car insurance so I am all for getting them off the damn road. The one wreck I got into, I was hit by a girl who had no insurance so find as many of those as possible because they are usually driving a shite car and if they hit someone with no insurance at worst they are without a shite vehicle.

You're not trespassing until you return to the property after being asked to leave. If you're asked to leave and are doing so, you're not trespassing.

I’m just asking… if you’re a journalist, you investigate, compile the information, put it all together and then ask for a comment.
I was wondering because that’s my first thought…. Not go straight to the guys house. The point should be to expose right? All this does make people think “ if I was in the cops shoes I’d be pissed off too. “

I think what you may be talking about is if you're asked to leave public property or a public place of business.
Private property is handled much different in most jurisdictions. But I'm not sure where this happened or what the laws are in that area so I won't assume.

This is the trash you get in the police force when it sucks to be a cop anyway and your salary is 45k a year.
This would make sense except for the multiple cases of overtime abuse.

The “journalist” never documented the allegations. He only sought to “ask questions”.
The guy’s employer controls overtime and has that responsibility to be good stewards with taxpayer money. It could easily be legit.
It could also be the journalist’s misunderstanding of records which could be recording overtime work with private businesses - that employees may be required to disclose.
