Him and others are pissed off that the WWE keeps bringing in old wrestlers and shoving them into the limelight when the roster guys are busting arse all year and getting pushed aside. That being said, it could be a huge work. Who knows.

My info on CM Punk: I do know from sources that at #Raw in CLE there was heated exchange backstage between Punk & staff. Topic - concussion.
— Casey Kulas (@caseykulas) January 29, 2014
Punk was heard arguing with staff saying "I passed all your damn concussion test" and "I'm not going out and telling fans that BS"

superstar CM Punk is QUITTING the organization, TMZ Sports has learned ... and sources tell us it's all because he's PISSED over the way the company wants to use him at "WrestleMania."
Sources close to the situation tell TMZ Sports ... Punk was livid when he learned officials scripted Batista to win the Royal Rumble ... because he feels Batista isn't in great wrestling shape and shouldn't be featured in the title match at the upcoming WrestleMania (the biggest event of the year).
We're told Punk feels he earned the right to be in the main event at WrestleMania -- because he's been wrestling tirelessly over the past year from house shows to overseas events. Punk was angry when he found out he'd be wrestling Triple H at WrestleMania instead of squaring off in the title match.
Sources say ... Punk -- whose contract is up in July -- made the decision to leave WWE after "Monday Night Raw" -- and we're told that right now, he's very serious about his decision and has no plans to return.

He got a concussion in the rumble too. But apparently passed concussion tests on Monday but they kept out of his match anyway and that set him off.
Where are you reading this.
Moody Punk got moody. Yes, when he gives a care he's the best, but he's been on cruise control for most of his career.
He doesn't like it, fine, leave, I feel bad that this is going to be taken out on AJ, I don't feel bad for the likely lawsuit he's now gonna face.
ETA: see now on your concussion stuff

I honestly can't blame him after not being the main event when holding the title, dropping the title to Rock last year at the Rumble and now Dave getting shoved to the front of the line. I'm sure there's been a growing frustration with the midcarders about this.
I'd say 60/40 that this is real/work.

I agree with him too. They need to cut out bringing in guys who quit the business and give the opportunities to the guys who have been busting arse all year. Who honestly gives a shite about Batista?

I'm sorry but that tmz article read like a storyline piece.
Personally, I think WWE has had a plan all along for Wrestlemania, and when all is said and done, we're gonna look back and be like...that was genius

I don't know why people are so pissed at the old guard coming back. They have kept this company afloat for awhile now because the wrestlers in WWE nowadays quite frankly are subpar at best.
Very few of them can work the mic, and some of them get pigeon holed by the WWEPG garbage.
Look at the NAO. They are better on the mic than 95% of their current roster and better at telling a story in ring to boot even though they were mid-card during their time in WWF.
No, these guys might not have the same wrestling capabilities that the new guys have, but they are better showmen and better hype men. Get over it. People keep whining about the old guard but they'd be damn pissed if we only had Cena/Orton/Punk/Bryan/Wyatt/Reigns/Sheamus/Del Rio /Langston as their big feuds heading into Mania.

i agree with this, and i agree the rock is good on the mic, but to say batista is better than everyone on the roster is crazy. he sucks on the mic, he sucks in the ring, he got winded after 5 minutes. and then there's brock lesnar, who has to have heyman talk for him cause when he talks he sounds like a retarded 5 year old.. his only redeeming quality is that he is strong, other than that there's nothing there.

and this, the ones they constantly push are sub par.. cause vince has a hard on for superhero/big guys who can't wrestle, cm punk and daniel bryan are two of the best pure wrestlers there are, and cm punk's mic skills (when he cares) can;t be matched.

There's no better in ring technician than Dolph and he's already over and he stays buried. He made Cena look like a good wrestler.

He may be making the switch. He was at the UFC event this past weekend which aired on FOX. Could just be coincidence, but could be something behind it. They showed him on T.V. and I didn't know who he was until they said CM Punk, then I recognized the name. Wouldn't be surprised if he makes the jump, the heavyweight division could certainly use a spark in the UFC.

Not since the AE has anyone said "that was genius" about anything the WWE does

Agree with everything above except the part about Brock's only redeeming quality being that he is strong. Brock has legit wrestling and bad-arse credibility from his achievements in collegiate wrestling and the UFC.

cm punk goes to every mma fight in chicago.
also i saw someone write a huge article recently ( i can't find it) on why vince likes these big guys. it was about how he and his mom were beat by his stepfather when he was little, so he chooses to have these huge superhero looking motherfrickers cause he wants them to do what he couldn't do. it was more thought out than what i just wrote though...

Cena has actually had really good matches with not only Dolph, but with Punk, Bryan and Sandow as well.
