Climate change: Oceans running out of oxygen as temperatures rise

Well, this is disconcerting, to say the least.
Climate change and nutrient pollution are driving the oxygen from our oceans, and threatening many species of fish.
That's the conclusion of the biggest study of its kind, undertaken by conservation group IUCN.
While nutrient run-off has been known for decades, researchers say that climate change is making the lack of oxygen worse.

Climate is changing since the global cooling of the ice ages. As it gets hotter its imperative that we use environmental protective agencies to secure our protection against this pollution only making it worse. Yet Democrats want to move our factories to China!!! The biggest polluters!!!!!! They have nice words, really really nice words. But their Actions are to kill our country in the long run by increasing pollution in China where they can work around EPA controls (and employee protections as well). The dirty secret is they are selling our country and planet for greed. They have nice words, but their actions are pro-pollution and global warming or else they would be arguing for banning trade with all nations that dont enact environmental controls. Real words, not fake actions.

I won't know what to think about this until a 16-year old expert chimes in.

And if that was your best response you failed.

It was the only response necessary.
Should we discuss the “stop outsourcing of American jobs” amendment by Democrat Doggett? The one the GOP stopped?
Or

Of all the negative campaign messages that Democrats have used this midterm election, the most effective one is a time-tested line of attack: hitting Republican businessmen for being exorbitantly wealthy while outsourcing jobs overseas and laying off employees. It was President Obama's central argument in his reelection campaign against Mitt Romney, and it is being put to devastating use again in a handful of close gubernatorial and congressional races this year.

In the first 21 months of the Trump presidency, nonfarm employment grew by a seasonally adjusted 2.6%. In the same period, manufacturing employment grew by 3.1%, reversing the trend under Obama when overall employment grew faster than employment in the manufacturing sector.
Comparing the last 21 months of the Obama administration with the first 21 months of Trump’s, shows that under Trump’s watch, more than 10 times the number of manufacturing jobs were added.

First, eight years of the Obama Administration’s piling on regulation upon regulation, from labor rules, to the Clean Power Plan, to the implementation of ObamaCare, placed industry into a defensive crouch. Business leaders were fearful of investing capital, not knowing how the federal rules might capriciously change, thus wiping out their expected return on investment.
Obama was a failure. You are a very stupid person.

This is the last 40 years. No scary warming. And Obama buys multi million dollar houses on the water. And remember, in the 70's (yeah I was there) they said an ice age was imminent.

Umm, you didn't help yourself there.

That plot shows about a half a degree of warming in 40 years which is significant.

Not for the fact it started in a cold phase which makes it look more than it really is. And the rate of warming is not catastrophic by any measure. Oh, and it was warmer in the 30's than now, and when the Romans were still a thing. Now, check out what the sun has done, and is now doing, and we will see in the next 20 years what is really controlling the temperature.
Now is man contributing to warming, sure, a little bit, but not enough to wreck an economy and give China all the manufacturing jobs.

A big part of that is because the Dems like making ppl dependent on the government for survival.

1/2 a Degree of warming does not impact oxygen solubility in the least.
I’ll buy runoff leading to more dead zones due to biological growth and oxygen depletion, but don’t tell me 1/2 a degree is stopping oxygen from dissolving into the oceans

So you post a graph contrary to your point, but it’s “okay” because all of side bullshite you spew.
I’m not big on the dire fears for AGW and the proposed drastic forced responses demanded but deliberate misinformation/denial of reality doesn’t help shite.

Based on? A one year change from volcanic in 1815 of a half degree killed hundreds of thousands in Europe alone due to starvation/famine

It was warmer in one year that decade. The rest of the years, the decade prior, and the decade after were both significantly cooler than now.

and when the Romans were still a thing
You don’t know what the temperatures were then to be able to make that statement. Also, those types of events (this, little ice age, medieval warm period) are all regional phenomena. Not necessarily global.

This has been said for nearly 20 years.
