Yea and most Hispanics in America are not castizo. The castizos send the mestizo/criollo/jungle indians to America.

I'd guess 80% of my friends are hispanic and I'm white

It's a circumstance of my geography but I don't find them to be any different than my white friends in other places where I've lived

It just has to do with exposure to living around Hispanics. If you haven't had much interaction with them then they are easy to demonize.

Actually pretty much all Hispanics are part black. Mexico had a black slave population that disappeared because they mixed with the rest of the population. Similar things happened in the rest of Central America. Mexico’s 2nd president was visibly part-black.

LINK

(That’s not even getting into the idea that the Spanish settlers were part-black to begin with. For in case they didn’t teach you about it in school, Columbus’ voyages got postponed for years because the Spanish were still struggling to regain the last of their country from North African octoroons and quadroons after 781 years.)

I suppose

I spent most of my elementary school years in TX before moving back to LA so I never had any weird notions about hispanic people

In fact I actually prefer to be around hispanic people to white people. I'd much rather live here than somewhere like Kentucky that's for damn sure.

ETA - to clarify I prefer being around an area like this with a decent portion of the population being hispanic as opposed to a homogeneous population. I obviously have nothing against white since I'm white

A lot of the California hispanics are illegals

Not every predominant hispanic population is the same

And they can still be great people despite being poor or uneducated

In general they aren't demonized. Most people appreciate the cheap labor, hard workers and most are decent citizens.

What you have to consider though is that in places like where I live they aren't here for "cheap labor"

They're just like any other white person

They're the doctors, lawyers, engineers, business owners and the like as well as part of the blue collar labor force

It's pretty silly to think that hispanics are just "cheap labor"

Spare me the "they're so honest and hard working!!!!!!" shite. They're just as trashy as the white trash you see in poor parts of louisiana.

Most are. Your doctors and lawyers are outliers. IN fact theRio Grand Valley is the poorest area in the country.

It's a socioeconomic time bomb.

Weird, I've never said such, you just grabbed it out of thin air.

I have no problem with them at all, just posting facts. It will take generations for many to really assimilate, bu then we will be a nation of very poor and very wealthy.

It's not growing but it has gotten much worse. There's probably 30% of the population regardless of race that has become dependent and dysfunctional, and that culture is growing.
