Yup, time and a half on top of the holiday pay for today and tomorrow. My kids are grown and the grandbabies are too little to know the difference.

Small business allowed it to a point. Only after lunch, but after 5pm, it was drink game on. Weird. Seemed to get way more work done + OT pay.
I'm self employed now, so having a lunch beverage is not a big deal. After hours sitting at my desk doing books,emails, not a big deal while at my house. I shut down by 7pm anyway.
