California is required to pay off double the minimum wage as the minimum annual salary for an exempt employee. Hopefully the state gets sued and are force to set $80K per year as the exempt salary minimum.

Well for starters I was smart enough to not live in San Diego. My time there in the Navy taught me that. But keep up that fight that's had zero effect.
