it's stationary and the USA flag isn't. so the USA flag can be lowered at half mast, and the confederate battle flag cannot.

And because of this, we will have no more senseless black on black crime(I forget, "black lives matter" - unless of course, you're black), more black guys that father children will now stand up and be daddies to said children, and there will be an insistence by black community leaders that living in the government teet is a short term fix not a lifestyle? If that's the case, I'll pay her bail.

As for this girl. The conservatives will hate it. Libs will love it.
I think she's seeking attention on something that clearly has no ill will on the struggles blacks face in America.
She should spend more time helping the helpless and less time on things that don't matter.
But that wouldn't fit her ideology.

The Battle Flag is on a 30' pole. It is padlocked to the pole and there is no pulley system.
The American flag is 100' plus off the ground on top of the Statehouse dome.

The confederate flag has nothing to do with her either.
But she chose to do something that will do nothing to advance her agenda.
It's really quite perplexing why they are focusing on the flag.
All they're doing is making flag makers more money.

It was flying again within an hour. Why can't the mob that is foaming at the mouth just respect the legislative process? The flag will be down within a couple months.
