Brazen Florida couple try to throw lavish wedding at mansion that ain't theirs

Sounds like they thought just because the owner wasn’t home during the open houses and tours they took they thought it was abandoned.
ETA: read or post the whole article. They had a brunch planned for the next morning there as well. You think the couple was planning on letting everyone sleep there too? I also wonder what their plan was to get inside the property itself and there’s no way a property like that doesn’t have a security system even if the owner wasn’t home and they somehow unlocked the door.
Also what about all the providers for the wedding like the caterers and the florists? Don’t they usually have to coordinate with the venue ahead of time to set up their stuff? How did this possibly come down to happening the day of the wedding?
