Yep. Not saying he did it, most people believe it wasn't him, but one of his workers, which is where the hispanic illegal rumor came from. Would explain why they were so adamant about searching his farm.

Agreed. As shallow as it may sound, I think when criminals give up the body, that should spare them the death penalty. Having the body gives a lot of closure to those families as opposed to the continual mental torment of thinking she's going to come strolling back into your house with a smile.

I hate to go off topic, but I personally witnessed a van of drunk illegals get pulled over by state police. No tickets, no arrests, nothing. All that happened was their handler was called to pick them up.
This was 8 years ago, but it's still sad.
