Pretty sure it was sarcasm. But an Iowa American Citizen was killed by possibly an illegal in our own country. Should I have sympathy for the killer because they weren't American?
Frankly I hope our President stands up against it. That's not being politically left or right, that's simply saying American's should be for our own safety.

Thank you, it was more a commentary on the extremely divisive nature of our current politcal climate than the fact a young woman died.
Some people can keep the two seperate, some people can't and bitch and complain about those who can discuss these things without injecting emotion. This happens after lots of tragedies like school shootings for example. The thoughts and prayers crowd for one.
