Biden administration to resume border wall construction for 13 miles

And I am sure that 46 will take the credit for this "innovative idea". The wall construction stretch is only 13.4 miles according to the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Didn't he sign an executive order back in January to halt border wall construction?
This administration is a mess. Brace for Carter 2.0.
And I'm pretty sure it will be expanded further than the 13 miles or so.

They are repairing blown out parts, not building new wall.

I had low expectations. But he didn't meet them.
