Cholesterol comes from animal fat bro. Ask your doctor. And if he tells you otherwise, YOU need to find a new doctor. Also, I didn't claim Beyond Meat was necessarily health food and never claimed I only ate Beyond Meat in lieu of all meat. Calm down.
