Whatcha got?

Nasal spray, pill, both?

Nose is constantly stuffy, blow it 10 times a day, can’t smell much.

My suggestion is to stop being a wimp.

Has nothing to do with allergies. For that you should take Zyrtec. And stop being a wimp.

Look on the bright side. Being unfazed by strong odors could be considered a superpower if you have a toddler.

Flonase nasal spray if your allergic reaction is sinus congestion.

Zyrtec always made me really drowsy so I take claritin and use flonase every other day.

Doctor put me on singular( Montelukast). I take it one per day, whether I need it or not, builds up in my system and I don't have those random days where I wake up sneezing and snotting. It has honestly changed my life. Also its covered by insurance and I don't have to stock up on OTC stuff every month.

Alavert D-12…both an antihistamine and most importantly a decongestant to help with the stuffiness. Available behind the counter but no script needed.

It’s not a daily pill for me but helps prevent me from pulverizing my nostrils using the over-the-counter crack known as Afrin
