I know guy who normally parallel park f-250’s in the city everyday. They do it without issue. Some people have to work for a living.

Plenty of baws that work in downtown areas that live on land 40 minutes away. Maybe not in Houston but it's absolutely possible in BR, Nola, Birmingham etc.
