You realize they dump trash out so they can look like they are picking it up and scam rubes like you, right?

He needs a puppy or a kid . That’s the move. But I like the angle. He probably rakes around the same trash all day. If he will clean up the Wal-Mart parking lot that would be something.

My favorite is the wheelchair on Siegen. Pity AND a place to sit. If you pay attention, it's a different bum in the wheel chair each day.
