Not according to this survey on hostile attitudes towards LGBT.

Four SEC schools on the list. Auburn, Bama, Arky, Tenn.
Auburn #2 most hostile to the alphabet people

Why are they all lumped in together?

The Ts are the issue. I don’t know anyone under 40 that personally has an issue with gays in general.

Maybe the ones flapping their dicks in kids faces and the Troon craziness, but that’s understandable.

LGBs need to drop the T. In fact, it no longer makes any sense to base your identity based on who you like to boff.

It must suck to be like that.

hostile

Actions likely considered as "hostility"

1. Having a student body with more than a tiny population of conservatives

2. Not letting biological males into sororities

3. The Football team's official Twitter account not wishing everyone a happy pride month

You don’t know anybody who doesn’t support gay marriage or is annoyed by gays these days?

Where do you live?

I was a Kappa Sigma back in the early 90's. My pledge class got hazed and we hazed. It was dumb shite mainly but good enough to get us kicked off campus for a while for it. I mean if you want to compare Marine Corps boot camp in the same era to pledging, well it was maybe a 2 compared to an 8 although a DI never tore my arse up with a paddle either so there is that. My son is also a Kappa Sigma. He said they got hazed pretty good and we gave out a little as an active. He is an alumni now. Frick I am old. I told him the day he got initiated that hazing will be the end of this chapter if ya'll still do it. Smart phones will ruin that but they have a strict rule on phones. You show up to the house, you put it in a bowl. You get caught with it, it is a fine. And then getting house privleges revoked. I thought that was smart.

Kinda funny you said that about the black Greeks. We hated every other fraternity and but got along well with them. I guess they knew we kept our shite tight and us with them.

You can tell by the filter and the fact that they are all looking at the camera that it is a decade+ old

More like “doesn’t openly hate someone just because they are gay”

You can not like them for other reasons. You can dislike individuals, but for how they act, not who they are.

Although I do agree the slippery slope was all too real

That article is a hilariously-ignorant read btw.
