having said that; i agree that weed smells like shite and if you've been to vegas recently you cant walk out of your hotel onto the strip without gagging.

You can't drink in public in most places, they just need to enforce not smoking or vaping in public.
The issue, to me, isn't the legality of doing it, it's the legality of doing it out in public. Not too long ago the whole world smelled like cigarettes and they've largely fixed that.

Negative. They need to just make weed and cigarettes illegal to smoke in public places . That would change a lot . Start writing tickets .

We have public nuisance/decency laws. I can't drink in public most places. Enforce that for weed/vaping.
I'm pro-legalization big time, but I also think as a society we should try to enforce laws/codes that improve our way of life when out in public. I'm articulating that poorly, but I think I'm saying it.
