I do enjoy getting my back and neck cracked but you would think they would do that in a booth in the mall like those 15 minute massage booths.

Physicians don't get the "privilege" of being the only people in the world referred to as "doctors". Sorry if that rustles your jimmies.

I'll be sure to refer to all the lawyers in Court Monday as "Doctor."

They relieve pain.
(some types of pain)
They aren't MD's, but they serve a purpose... sometimes better than an MD.
They are trained pain relievers.
I think they deserve respect.
(and I have visited a chiropractor exectly twice in my 57 year old lifetime... both times I was relieved of my pain.

Go for it, there is debate on whether or not it is ethical in the law profession. I'm not certain if Louisiana has stated an opinion on it, but it's fair game in Texas.

If you earn a doctorate degree, the title "doctor" comes along with it. I'm not sure why this is a hard concept to understand.

Chiropractors can do some awesome stuff. I wouldn't call them doctors...more like glorified massage therapists, but they can do a lot of good for not a lot of money.

I'm an MD - I don't care whether they call themselves doctors or not, but I agree with the part of this statement about them being able to do some awesome things for not a lot of money. Good thing for folks participating in athletics for sure.

No. And there is not a doctor in the world that would send you to one.

Google cervicle artery dissection.
