Apple Card Keeps Getting Charged

I know this is a small problem but it's pissing me off none the less.
Some slimbag keeps trying to charge my Apple card for a service called Chegg.
It looks like an auto billing cycle as it keeps trying to go through and keeps getting declined.
Apparently Chegg is a service that helps with passing exams for which one is ill prepared.
Apple/GB has replaced my number 3 times. This fricks up my netflix and ms onedrive billing.
It also made ordering Christmas presents a PITA because I had to update Amazon with my newest card number.
I use MFA.
I'm sure glad I'm not using my debit card online anymore.
Anyone had this happen with Apple cards? It's never happened to my discover or Cap1.

its just an online tutor type of site. The site itself is legit, used by quite a few college kids.

Yeah, you called Goldman Sachs right? Are they sending you a new card? They should have already changed the card number in your wallet, so you can use the wallet app. The wallet and the physical card have different numbers. It’s annoying but if it keeps getting declined don’t worry about it. The old card number is out there being circulated and you shouldn’t worry about it, that old card number, while still connected to you, is worthless for attempted purchases. And it will go away eventually once scammers and thieves realize it’s worthless.

They don't send a new card. They assign a new number to your account. The card has no physical number on it. It's just a hunk of metal with a mag strip and an embedded chip.

they sent me a brand new card
Did you talk to an apple person or a Goldman Sachs person?
I even got a shipping label to recycle old card
