I haven't heard anything from the LSBA. I just realized we are almost in October and I need to pick up quite a few hours. I guess I would have to look for online seminars.

Requirements are the same, but they can all be online.

My lord. I hope you don't practice law like you post. All of this information is readily accessible at the LSBA website and the MSCLE website.

He’s baiting the attorneys into responding so he can report your posts to Plattsmier.

I just keep thinking any day now we will get a full waiver email. I mean, the kids didn't have to take the fricking bar...

That was my thoughts as well. But haven't heard anything and didn't want to wait until December to try to find a last minute online CLE

There are hundreds of on demand CLEs. You don’t have to watch them live.

They're not waiving it because they need the cash from all the (poorly produced) on-line CLE that you will be required to buy from them.

If you don’t want to pay for all your online CLE, The LADB is offering 7 hours free this year. There are codes being sent out each month. September is SaferAtHome if it’s not on their website. That’s good for two online CLE credits that must be redeemed by 9/30. Their newsletter will have the new code for each month.

No joke. Can’t wait to spend December 27th, 2020 watching some fat sweaty guy in New York give a presentation on professionalism sometime in 2018.
