Got any good sleep meds?

Been having a very tough time sleeping. I excercise daily, eat well and all that. Melatonin isn't cutting it and it's starting to affect work

Trazadone? I actually had that for a while a few years ago. Good recommendation

I've used zzquil and it's non addicting. You can measure your doses so you don't need to take a full dose.

OTC sleep aids are basically Benadryl. That might help.

Exercise helps me the most ... but you're already doing that.... do you have a high stress job?

start waking up at 4, if you need to do something to kill time before you leave then maybe workout and shower...you'll be exhausted come bed time.

Unfortunately, like most drugs it will tend to make you groggy the next day. But it isn't addictive.

Edit: It is the active ingredient in Unisom.

Yeah it's stressful but it's only been lately. I just want something I can use sparingly

Take 2 Benadryl an hour before bedtime.
