Any of you baws ever been to the Windy City Smokeout?

Looks like Chicago has a bbq and music festival in July. There's one act that Gee Jr. is interested in seeing and who doesn't love and smokeout? Location is United Center on Madison St. For you windy city folk, is that in a culture area where I need bullet proof vests and a war wagon?

I went this year. Had a great time, never felt unsafe and had no problems. I did get the VIP tickets, which I would reccomend. We had a separate entrance, bar and bathrooms and seating on an elevated area above the crowds.

you'll be fine. very popular event for chicago locals. alot of fun. Never been btw but only bc other obligations arise.

I've never been but heard good things. Went to Texas top 50 this year will be looking to go again next year:
