You could be right but think about if they were that good at hacking they could get inside government drone and rocket launch systems and types of things like that it could be crazy. Just remembered that happened on 24 , anyway since everything is computer and web based now if they were capable of doing those types of things you never know. Hey idk what good or bad they can do but Im glad for everyone that openly fights Isis in anyway they can.
