If you are borrowing money probably best to do it now. If you are using cash, it is also probably best to do it now.
But who knows, maybe the economics will look better in a year.

I think we may live in the same area. I am about to do an addition, a bathroom, and it’s very reasonable. If you need a contractor, let me know.
