They apparently confronted him because there was allegedly a burglary, they saw a black man running, and concluded it must 100% be him.
A man can run wherever he damn well pleases provided it's not private property subject to trespass laws. A street or sidewalk is either city/developer/HOA property or a rare case of homeowner property, but with access to all as an easement. It is not private property and whether or not the man lives there is irrelevant.
The thought that this dude can't run down the street if he doesn't live there or look like the other residents is a horrifically racist take trying to justify this murder

I can link you many MANY stories of young black kids and even babies being killed in gang warfare. Why aren’t you up in arms about that? Because their killers weren’t white? There are racists of every color in this world, it’s not one sided. Every time a white person kills a black person it’s all of a sudden infinitely worse than that overwhelming numbers of murders of black people by other black people.
Just treat them as murderers and stop trying to turn it into propaganda.

Maybe, but look how he's running. He's not running like someone trying to get away. He's running like someone just out exercising. I would assume if he's trying to get away, he would avoid the truck completely. Jogging like normal seems to me that he's just minding his own business.

Horrible false equivalencies all over this. Black people killing other black people or other cases turning out to be false doesn't mean anything to this individual case.
That's like saying a legit rape case has to be made up because there are a ton of other false claims.

It is sad that a person no matter what his skin color is is judged at sight and nothing else. In this day and age we should be better than that.

His intent was certainly not to try and get away. I agree with that. I’m just not completely sold on his intent being a light run out there. It’s certainly possible of course. I don’t completely discount it.

No, they saw a Black man jogging, they made a wrong assumption specifically due to his skin color. Filled with hatred for this man they didn't even know they premeditated hus murder and completed the act hoping they would get off and not realizng they would be caught on camera.

I’m not saying it does.
I’m simply pointing out the fact that black people are murdered every day in much more horrific ways but as soon as it’s a white person that does the killing then lynchings are coming back and every white person is a racist. It’s all to incite more hatred and anger and serves no purpose.
I’ve already stated that these two should be arrested and considered for 1st degree murder.
But that’s not enough. Unless I say “see i told y’all white people are racist” and “the cops hate black people” Ystar won’t be happy.

Maybe, but even so I don't think anything he could've done would excuse them killing him.
I predict they will be indicted by the grand jury and quickly found guilty at trial. The racist angle may even be proven, and this could be one of the actual verified instances that BLM groups should latch onto to fuel their movement, but it will all blow over soon because justice was served. They only stay latched onto the cases like Alton Sterling where the guy got what he deserved.
