LINK - Full Story
Word on the street is that the developer is making every entry door into the community a back door to tie into the theme.
On a more serious note, I’ve never seen a resident application for seniors that asks or inquires about their sexual orientation.
Podiatrists and Proctologists should consider making house calls here.

Austin. It will consist of 150 units for people aged 55 and older and will be considered a first of its kind for Austin through a partnership with Family Eldercare and the national housing developer, Vecino Group.

Multiple questions here...
- How do you "gear a development" to alphabet people? As in, what's different about the development itself?
- I get that you can prove income status but how do they make you prove alphabet status? Every time I hear about carve outs for them I wonder about that.
Help me be more woke.

This pisses me off……
I’m 61 and still don’t consider myself a senior….
My brain still says I’m 30, but my body says I’m definitely 61…
Now only if I sucked dick, I could move to Austin and get cheap housing…

‘Alright, Fred. All you have to do to complete your application process is to have sex with Bob there and then you’re all set.’

Cute.
Try having a straights only development and get back to me.

There’s going to be a ton of sexual assaults at this development

People age at different rates, both mentally and physically. Congrats on having good genes.

I think I’ll keep my wife and mortgage… Thanks for the advice though…

No such thing as cheap housing in Austin. It seems like they are throwing up new apartment buildings on every corner, but rent is still crazy expensive. I believe the average rent for a 500 square-foot studio is around $1,700/month. You'd think that the market would eventually get saturated and rents would come down, but so far that hasn't been the case.
Someone on a fixed income is gonna have a tough time paying north of $1,700/month, unless they have no other expenses.

Straights have children, those children get to make that choice for you. If you were a good dad, you end your days at Shady Pines...If you were a bad dad, you go to that place that was featured on Dateline, or the place Happy Gilmore had to toss grandma into while he was in the PGA.
