AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite Thread: A Rampage Starts in Brittsburgh Edition

This Friday night right after WWE Smackdown will be AEW Rampage making its debut on TNT.

It's unclear at this moment on if The Acclaimed's "Platinum" Max Caster has been disciplined for his rap on last week's Dark episode that included references to Simone Biles mental issues during the Olympics, the 2006 Duke lacrosse rape case, the effectiveness of COVID testing, & Julia Hart's lady parts.

On 1 side was a report he was suspended 2 months without pay and ordered into sensitivity training that seemed to be corroborated by the fact The Acclaimed's match from this week's Dark was pulled, as was Caster's scheduled appearance at an indie show this weekend. But other reports say the news of Caster being suspended was "total fiction".

After the initial boost in the ratings thanks to the return of fans... Raw's numbers are starting to slip back away from the 2M mark and closing back towards 1.5M instead as this week's Raw averaged just under 1.8M viewers... its lowest viewership number since returning to the road.

But before we get to that... AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite tonight comes from the Petersen Events Center on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Penn.

If Jericho wins this Labour (which he will... let's be honest)... that sets up the 5th & Final Labour... which is already announced as MJF himself.

After failing to win a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championships... Dark Order gets a chance at a consolation prize as Evil Uno & Stu Grayson challenge the Good Brothers for the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship.

Speaking of the AEW World Tag Team Champions... The Young Bucks team up with their good buddy & AEW World Champion Kenny Omega against the Sydal Bros (Matt & Mike) & Top Flight's Dante Martin.

Matt Hardy & Private Party take on the new Best Friends of Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, & Wheeler Yuta.

Darby Allin faces off with AEW newb Daniel Garcia (Garcia teamed with 2.0, the former Ever Rise, last week).
