I like square body Chevrolet trucks.
I don’t like them that much.

I've never cared much for the stepside model of those. I like the older stepsides, but this generation just looks poorly put together.

My dad had almost that same truck. Same year but automatic and not stepwise.

That's way low miles and a lot of sitting. Smells like a lemon if you ask me. No way to even know yet

That was my first truck. Traded it for what ended up being a $2.5MM engagement ring.

I wish I would have kept the truck.

First vehicle I ever bought new was a black 2wd C10 Stepside. Still remember the sale price - $10,996, and was loaded with everything but towing pkg. Note was just over $200

Wish I still had that truck.

Wonder why they put a aftermarket shifter in a truck that has only 998 miles.

I get it, it's cherry. Still, it always looked like half a truck to me.

3/4ths of the posters here couldn't drive it home because it's a manual transmission.

There’s no way that odometer was rolled back.

Looks absolutely correct to me, for the regular 4 speed transmission. If it had the toploader 3speed + dog gear, it would have the plain round black shifter shaft.

Purchased a 1985 GMC stepside 305/automatic in 1989 for $5200. It had 49,000 miles on it. Drove that truck until 255,000 miles then sold it.
Was a great truck

I guess they couldn't quite afford an Escalade V.

Low mileage surviving OBS Chevys are 25k now too. Thought about buying one.
